Flying Academy USA is the flight school authorized by the FAA under Part 141 and Part 61.
Our flight school is located just 13 miles (21 km) southwest of Downtown Miami at Miami Executive Airport (KTMB), Miami FL, USA.
Miami Executive Airport with its high volume of traffic will prepare those wanting a professional pilot career.
The Florida climate makes it possible to fly year round - you can expect over 360 flying days.
This enables all students to quickly collect their flight hours and jump into the seat of an airline or corporate position.
Our staff is always prepared to offer help and guidance to foreign trainees before and during your studies.
Flying Academy USA (Silver Express) is approved by the US Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services (BCIS – formerly known as the Immigration and Naturalization Service) to accept international students for full-time training.
Admission into the United States to participate in the "M-1 Vocational Student Visa Status Program" requires the issuance of a BCIS I-20 form by the Academy. Once an I-20 form is issued, students can apply for an M-1 Visa at the US Consulate in their home country.
Our staff will help you find the most suitable place during your study. Flying Academy can provide accommodation fully furnished with a complete kitchenette, bathrooms and internet. The accommodation facilities are always only a short drive away from our Flying Academy base.
Students can decide between a single or shared room.
Single rooms cost 950 USD / month, shared rooms with another student of Flying Academy are available for 650 USD / person/ month. Internet and all other services are included.
Flying Academy Miami student transport van is used for pick-up from the airport upon arrival. We can also arrange transportation to the school from your accommodation. Please contact us if these services are needed. Price range varies.
For a longer term solution, our scooters can be rented for as little as $150 a month (for periods longer than 6 months).
All airplanes in the fleet can be rented with Flying Academy's courses or for hour building purposes (per hour or via full service packages of 25, 50 or 75 hours).

Flying Academy is led by Airline Pilots. They have developed a broad range of courses that lead the students all the way to their goal. Students at Flying Academy have the opportunity to join programs to gain their Private Pilot License, add their Instrument Rating as well as obtaining the Commercial Pilot License.
