US Customs Arrival Report or Online
Must be submitted upon arrival into the US or complete online and print

Bahamas Cruising Permit or Bahamas Cruising Permit Fill in Form
Three copies required upon arrival in the Bahamas (can be used as both inbound declaration and cruising permit)

Bahamas Declaration or Bahamas Declaration Fill in Form
Two Copies required upon leaving the Bahamas (can also be used for inbound declaration if not using Cruising Permit)
