Online scheduling requires Java and cookies to function properly.  If you are having trouble logging on, do the following:

1    in Internet Explorer, click on "Tools", then "Internet Options"

2    Click on the "Security" Tab.  You should see the following:

3    first click on the "trusted sites" icon.  Next, click on the "sites" box, (red arrows)

You should see the trusted sites dialog box

copy and paste or type the following in the box as shown:

https://www.schedulepointe.com

Then click the "add" box

It will look like this when you are done

Click "ok" and you are done
